This course is perfect for anyone who desires to learn the essential skills necessary to become comfortable in the kitchen. Whether you are a teen, college student, newlywed, or newly retired, this series will get you started. We have devised four (3-3.5 + hr) classes where you will cover the basics, make an entire meal from scratch, and feast on the delicious results. Each week you will build on your skills from the previous class while you perfect your knife technique, gain knowledge, and build ever-increased confidence in your cooking abilities!
