Cooking Workshops

Join us on weekday mornings and weekend evenings for our weekly Cooking Workshops. Come with a friend, bring a date, or just enjoy the company of fellow foodies. We take care of it all, the aprons, the ingredients, the equipment, and best of all the clean-up! Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (for safety).  Then just come with your appetite because we will be chowing down on all of the delicious results. You are welcome to bring your own wine to enjoy while you cook and dine!

With Chef Melissa Jones

You requested morning classes and finally they are here! Chef Tech Cooking School is introducing Chef Melissa Jones, a 30-year veteran in the culinary industry. She is an accomplished cooking instructor as well as a health-oriented personal chef. She can be found cooking at Ecology Center, a farm specializing in regenerative farming.  Chef Melissa also assists Food Finders with their distribution and fundraisers. She is passionate about introducing new flavors. Committed to creating nutritionally sound dishes with the highest quality ingredients, we know our new and returning students will love Melissa’s classes!

We’ll even teach you all the fancy French terms for the different cuts.
