Do you have a bit of a sweet tooth? In this 4-class series, we’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know about baking; from basics to buttercream!

Four Class Series for $450. The first class is 4 hours long. Second, Third, & Fourth Classes are 3 hours long.

  • Writing & Piping Practice in White Chocolate

  • Make & Pour Chocolate Ganache

CLASS 2 – PIPING BAG, PIPING TIPS, COLORS
THREE HOUR CLASS

  • Weighing, Mixing, Portioning, & Baking Carrot Cake 

  • Make Vanilla Buttercream plus Pastry Bag 101

  • Fill, Crumb Coat, & Chill a Cake

  • Combining & Contrasting Colors in Buttercream

  • Ombre Cake Frosting

CLASS 3 – FILLING A CAKE

  • Whisk, Cook, Strain, & Chill Lemon Curd

  • Measure & Whip Lemon Buttercream

  • Cut, Fill, Soak, & Stack Vanilla Cake Layers

  • Pastry Bag 101 - Rosette  & Piping Practice

  • Create Rosette Lemon Cake

CLASS 4 – BUTTERCREAM FLOWER PIPING PRACTICE
