Cook Live with our Chef! A 2 Part Series for 2 Homemade Pies-Make dough on Tuesday and bake on Wednesday!
Class 1 Tuesday, November 24th, 7 to 8 PM.
Pumpkin Pie Decorated with Leaves – we will make 2 ways (by hand and in a food processor) and roll out our Gingersnap All-Butter Pie Crust and refrigerate for baking on Wednesday.
We will make our Fool-Proof Pie Crust and refrigerate for baking on Wednesday.
Foolproof Pie Crust with Granny Smith & Golden Delicious Apple Pie – Learn how to lattice!
Class 2 Wednesday, November 25th, 7 to 8:30 PM.
We will blind-bake Gingersnap All-Butter Crust & fully bake our decorative leaves. Then we will fill and bake with Pumpkin filling.
We will roll and chill our Foolproof Pie crust, cook our apples, and cool. Then we will fill our pie, create our lattice, brush, and bake.
***Ingredient Pick-Up Monday 5 PM to 7 PM***
