We will learn the ins and outs of sourdough starter and make and bake our own bread to accompany Chef Jorge’s award winning Cioppino. Warm sourdough and seafood stew – it just doesn’t get tastier than that! The herbs and citrus in Green Goddess really give a tangy twist to brighten up any salad. Ricotta Cake is the most delicious Italian-inspired dessert. The rich ricotta provides the cake with perfect moisture and density and the cherry compote make the flavor pop. It’s almost like a combination between a cake and a cheesecake. An enjoyable evening in San Francisco without the fog or the flight!
