*Orders must be received by Friday midnight to ensure your ingredient kit will be ready for Sunday pickup.*
How Virtual Kids Camp Works
- Ingredient kit pickup is on Sunday’s from 4 PM to 6 PM
- Delivery of ingredient kit is an option at checkout (10 miles radium from Chef Tech Cooking School)
Monday: Soups & Salad
Start off simple with the basics: soup and salad. Learn how to make a soup with fresh tomatoes. Then, jump over to the cold world of salad and learn how to make a creamy dressing and how to gently handle lettuce

- Caesar Salad with Homemade Parmesan Garlic Dressing
Learn how to safely work with the open flame of a grill (or how to fake it inside!)
- Pollo Adobado Street Tacos and Pico de Gallo
Move down to the ovens to make savory dishes! Learn how to use an oven for every meal from a frittata for breakfast to an easy and impressive tartlet.

- Asparagus and Gruyere Tartlets
Things start heating up while we learn how to saute on the stove top! Learn the technique of how to make a simple pasta right from your pantry!
- Pasta Carbonara
