Farm Fresh First Friday – A Delicious Vegetarian/Vegan Evening

Our chefs will shop at the Long Beach Farmer’s Market on Friday morning before class and bring the freshest produce available for a cooking off-the-cuff dinner. We will make every effort to keep it as vegan-friendly as possible!
During All Hands-On Classes, We Will:
Limit Class Size to 12 Students
Require Closed-Toe Shoes
Require a Temperature Check
Wash Hands, Sanitize Tables & Equipment between Every Task
