Professional Chef Program

Our Professional Chef Series are designed to provide you with a professional culinary school level of instruction at a cost that is affordable and attainable. The course is structured into 24 classes that meet weekly or twice weekly in our Accelerated Pro Chef Series. Students will learn the knowledge and skills necessary to turn culinary confusion into kitchen confidence and be awarded with a Certificate of Achievement upon completion of the course.

Professional Baking Program

Our Professional Baking Series is a 10-week series of classes meeting once a week for 4 hours. We teach students how to think like a baker and cover everything from classical American to French-style baking techniques.
